Videos, Please - Release Version
Have you ever wanted to play "Papers, Please!" without the papers and with 100% more video rentals? If so, this is the game for you! You are tasked with renting a video from Bloc-buster that will satisfy your whole family.
Game for Android, PC, and HTML5
(For the HTML5 version, when swiping through the catalog, make sure that the mouse cursor doesn't leave the game window when you release the mouse button. The game can't read mouse movements if they're not over the game window.)
Art by Corinne Groble
Coding, music, and sounds by Brian Peters
All art and music were made during the jam.
Made with GameMaker, Spritesomething, and Cakewalk SONAR
Features some music player code we wrote a little bit ago, and the Tweenline Engine for GameMaker.
Apologies to Lucas Pope.

Originally made in 72 Hours for Ludum Dare 36, this version has a few bugs fixed. The original is still up at:
https://grandtheftmarmot.itch.io/videos-please-ld3...
But it's pretty much identical. It just doesn't crash at the end of the game if your Direct X is out of date, so play this one instead.
